I first came across hypochlorous acid (HOCl) back during Covid when everyone was stocking up on sanitizers and sprays, but had no idea how helpful it could be in improving skin blemishes until I tried it.
Since I spend a lot of time outdoors, breakouts have always been a challenge and finding products that are both gentle on my sensitive skin and truly effective hasn’t been easy, but HOCl has honestly made a bigger difference than anything I’ve tried before.
I just do a quick spritz of Prequel hypochlorous acid spray before my moisturizer and sunscreen (so easy) and have noticed less blemishes, faster healing, reduced redness and my skin feels so much calmer overall. It’s finally helped me strike a balance I’ve been searching for forever. Just thought I’d share in case it helps anyone else dealing with the same thing!
